Razvoj preizkuševališča za polimerne zobnike

Uporaba polimernih zobnikov se z leti povečuje v vseh industrijskih panogah. Za ugotavljanje njihovih lastnosti in primernosti za posamezne aplikacije jih je treba testirati in analizirati. V laboratoriju LeCAD, kjer se ukvarjajo s testiranji polimernih zobnikov, so se odločili za nadgradnjo testne naprave. V ta namen smo razvili novo rešitev. Po smernicah VDI 2221:1993 smo z upoštevanjem zahtev laboratorija razvili novo preizkuševališče. Izdelali smo 3D-model in dokumentacijo izdelka ter realizacijo v končni produkt.

• Title: Design of a test rig for polymer gears

Abstract

The use of polymer gears has been increasing across all industrial sectors in recent years. To determine their properties and suitability for specific applications, they need to be tested and analyzed. At the LeCAD laboratory, which specializes in testing polymer gears, they decided to upgrade their testing device. For this purpose, we have developed a new solution. Following the guidelines VDI 2221:1993 and considering laboratory requirements, we designed a new testing rig. We created a 3D model and product documentation, and completed the realization into a final product.
