The thesis addresses the implementation of an industrial robot and the upgrade of an existing automated packaging line for bobbins. Initially, a detailed analysis of the current state was carried out, with a focus on identifying the causes of errors and bottlenecks in the packaging process. Based on the findings, proposals for improvements were developed, practically implemented, and tested. The main objective was to increase productivity, reduce the number of stoppages and errors, and optimize the use of human resources. The results showed an almost doubled packaging capacity, a significant reduction in errors during bobbin transfer, and greater reliability and stability of the entire system. In addition to technical improvements, special attention was also given to the ergonomics and efficiency of the working environment. The findings of the thesis confirm that comprehensive automation is essential for long-term competitiveness and sustainable operation in modern industry.
