Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo na osnovi oblaka točk izdelali BIM-model stavbe UL FGG na Jamovi cesti 2. Izdelava modela je potekala v sodelovanju s študentom, ki je modeliral to stavbo v Revitu, zato smo raziskali tudi komuniciranje preko IFC-formata. V prvem delu diplomskega dela so prikazane možnosti uporabe oblaka točk v programski opremi, ki jo ponuja Scalypso. Prikazane so možnosti uporabe Scan Modelerja za uvažanje prostorov v Allplan in merjenje v Scan Modelerju samem. Predstavljen je tudi način uvoza oblaka točk v Allplan, ki ga omogoča Scalypso Mobile. Opisan je postopek modeliranja nenosilnih elementov v Allplanu in kako nam pri tem pomaga uporabljeni oblak točk. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena ocena natančnosti BIM-modela, ko ga primerjamo z oblakom točk, ter komunikacija na podlagi IFC. Opisan je postopek izvoza in uvoza IFC-modela v Allplan, predstavljeni pa so tudi izzivi, s katerimi smo se soočali pri uporabi IFC-formata, ter način njihovega reševanja. Za konec primerjamo še model zunanjosti objekta in realno stanje zunanjosti stavbe na Jamovi cesti 2.

Title:Creation of an as-built BIM-model of a multi-storey building based on a point cloud using Allplan : graduation thesis
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis, an as-built BIM model of the UL FGG building located at Jamova cesta 2 was created using a point cloud as the primary reference. The model creation was carried out in collaboration with a student who simultaneously modelled the same building in Revit, which led to the exploration of communication via the IFC format. The first part of the thesis explores the potential of point clouds when used with Scalypso software. It showcases the application of the Scan Modeler for importing room geometries into Allplan and for performing measurements within the Scan Modeler itself. The thesis also details the process of importing the point cloud into Allplan through Scalypso Mobile, followed by an explanation of how non-structural elements are modelled in Allplan with the assistance of the point cloud data. The second part of the thesis assesses the accuracy of the BIM model by comparing it to the original point cloud and examines the communication processes based on the IFC format. This section outlines the steps for exporting and importing the IFC model in Allplan, discusses the challenges encountered while using the IFC format and presents solutions to these issues. Finally, a comparison is made between the exterior BIM model of the building and the actual exterior condition of the building at Jamova cesta 2.
