Abstract
Hidravlični sistemi imajo ključno vlogo pri prenosu moči v industriji, gradbeništvu, kmetijstvu, letalstvu in drugih panogah, kjer je potreben natančen in zanesljiv nadzor nad gibanjem. Delovanje takih sistemov temelji na prenosu energije s pomočjo stisljive kapljevine pod tlakom. Za razvoj in preverjanje zmogljivosti posameznih komponent se uporabljajo hidravlična preizkuševališča, ki omogočajo izvajanje testov v kontroliranem okolju. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena zasnova večjega hidravličnega preizkuševališča LFT-V25, namenjenega testiranju komponent pod visokimi tlaki. Na osnovi analiz in hidravličnih preračunov so bile izbrane tri črpalke za tlake do 42 MPa in ena za tlake do 70 MPa, hidravlični akumulator volumna 32 litrov, ojačevalnik tlaka za tlake do 300 MPa in ustrezen hladilni ter varnostni sistem. Načrtovana konfiguracija omogoča izvajanje funkcionalnih in obremenitvenih testov pri tlakih do 70 MPa in pretokih do 12 l/min oz. do 300 MPa pri pretokih do 2,5 l/min. Uporabljeni so bili tehnični katalogi in hidravlične enačbe za preverjanje ustreznosti rešitve.

Title:Design of a larger hydraulic test rig LFT-V25
Abstract:
Hydraulic systems play a vital role in power transmission across industries such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, aerospace, and other sectors where precise and reliable motion control is required. These systems operate by transmitting energy through pressurized incompressible fluid. To support the development and evaluation of individual components, hydraulic test rigs are used, allowing for testing in a controlled environment. This thesis presents the design of a larger hydraulic test rig, LFT-V25, intended for testing components under high-pressure conditions. Based on analysis and hydraulic calculations, three pumps rated for pressures up to 42 MPa and one for up to 70 MPa were selected, along with a 32-liter hydraulic accumulator, a pressure intensifier capable of reaching 300 MPa, and an appropriate cooling and safety system. The designed configuration enables both functional and load testing at pressures up to 70 MPa with flow rates up to 12 l/min, or up to 300 MPa with flow rates up to 2.5 l/min. Technical catalogs and hydraulic equations were used to verify the adequacy of the solution.
