Idejna zasnova alternativnega modela stanovanjske gradnje ob Metelkovi v Ljubljani : transformacija garažne hiše

Nedostopna stanovanja so pereč problem današnjega časa. Reševanja stanovanjske krize se je potrebno lotiti sistemsko, a dokler čakamo na rešitve od zgoraj, stanovanje išče nezanemarljivo število ljudi. Magistrsko delo raziskuje alternativen način, kako lažje priti do stanovanja. V že obstoječih alternativnih načinih bivanja, prepoznam ideje, za katere menim, da najbolj ustrezno odgovarjajo na opisano problematiko in jih povežem v svoj model dostopnega stanovanja, ki temelji na transformaciji programa znotraj mojega objekta. Rešitev predpostavi, da bi z gradnjo nestanovanjskega objekta in kasneje njegovo transformacijo, lahko prišli do dostopnejšega stanovanja. Prepoznam, da je na obravnavani lokaciji tista, ki mi to omogoča, garažna hiša (objekt, ki potrebuje zelo osnovno infrastrukturo, hkrati pa se nam investicija vanj hitro povrne). Nalogo sestavlja zasnova garažne hiše, katere profit v drugi fazi projekta uporabim za transformacijo objekta v stanovanja. Magistrska naloga s tem ne predlaga sistemske rešitve reševanja stanovanjske problematike, temveč zgolj eno izmed rešitev, ki je odgovor na specifično lokacijo Metelkove.

• Title: Conceptual design of an alternative model of housing units next to Metelkova in Ljubljana : transformation of a car park

Abstract

Housing is a pressing problem of our time. Solving the housing crisis needs to be solved systematically, but while we wait for solutions from above, a significant number of individuals is dealing with this problem. The thesis explores an alternative way of accessible housing. In the existing alternative ways of living, I identified ideas that, I believe, best respond to the described problem and connected them into my model of accessible housing, which is based on the transformation of the program within the building. The solution assumes that by building a non-residential building and later transforming it, we could achieve more affordable housing. I recognize that at the chosen location, the programe that allows me to do this, is a car park (a building that requires very basic infrastructure, but at the same time the investment is quickly repaid). The task consists of designing a car park, the profit of which, I use in the second phase of the project- to transform the building into apartments. The thesis does not propose a systemic solution to the housing problem, but only one of the possible solutions, that is an answer to the specific location of Metelkova.
