Abstract
V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge je obravnavana zgodovina športno-kulturnih objektov na Slovenskem. Raziskava zajema obdobje od rimskih časov do danes. Sledi predstavitev razvoja narodnih domov v prvi polovici 20. stoletja ter njihovega nadaljevanja po drugi svetovni vojni v obliki zadružnih domov. Tretje poglavje teoretskega dela se posveča šoli kot odprtemu učnemu prostoru ter preučuje alternativne oblike prostorov za izobraževanje. Ta sklop predstavlja konceptualno podlago za zasnovo projektnega dela naloge. Ključna ugotovitev je, da univerzalna prostorska rešitev ne obstaja, saj so zasnove močno pogojene s speci kami, potrebami in značilnostmi posameznih lokacij. V osrednjem delu naloge so predstavljene analize lokacije. Njihov glavni rezultat je izbor parcele za umestitev novega objekta. Opisne analize vključujejo geografske in zgodovinske značilnosti širšega in ožjega območja, demografsko strukturo ter prostorske danosti občine. Morfološke, zaznavne in fotografske analize prikazujejo obstoječe stanje prostora. Sledijo študije referenčnih primerov sodobnih objektov z enako ali podobno programsko zasnovo z vsega sveta. Projektni del naloge podrobno predstavi programsko zasnovo in konceptualno umestitev objekta v prostor. Jasno je razvidna povezava med teoretičnim in analitičnim delom ter arhitekturno zasnovo. Novi objekt se navezuje na obstoječo strukturo, raba prostorov je fleksibilna, območje pa zaživi na novo – povezano z enotno prostorsko logiko in okoliško krajino. Novozgrajeni in prenovljeni del ter zunanja ureditev otrokom omogočajo doživljajsko učenje v stiku z lokalnim okoljem in naravo. Nova pot omogoča neposredno povezavo z mestom Trebnje in širšo okolico, s čimer nastane preplet ruralnega, urbanega, suburbanega in učnega okolja.

Title:The Design of the New Gymnasium And the Arrangement of the Area of the Elementary School in Dolenja Nemška Vas
Abstract:
The first, theoretical part of the thesis explores the history of sports and cultural facilities in Slovenia, covering the period from Roman times to the present day. It continues with an overview of the development of national halls in the first half of the 20th century and their continuation after the Second World War in the form of cooperative community centres. The third part of the theoretical section examines the concept of the school as an open learning space and explores alternative forms of educational environments. This theoretical foundation serves as the basis for the design phase of the thesis. The key finding is that there is no universal spatial solution, as each site has its own specific needs, characteristics, and constraints. The central part of the thesis presents a location analysis, with the primary outcome being the selection of a plot for the placement of the new building. Descriptive analyses cover the geographical and historical characteristics of the wider and immediate surroundings, demographic structure, and spatial conditions of the municipality. Morphological, perceptual, and photographic analyses illustrate the current state of the area. This is followed by studies of reference projects—contemporary buildings from around the world with similar programs to the one proposed in the thesis. The design section details the spatial program and conceptual integration of the building into the site. A clear link is established between the theoretical, analytical, and architectural components of the project. The new building is functionally and formally connected to the existing structure, with flexible use of spaces. The entire area is revitalised through a coherent spatial strategy that integrates the site with its natural surroundings. The new and renovated structures, together with the landscape design, offer children an experiential learning environment in close contact with their local context and nature. A newly proposed path creates a direct connection to the town of Trebnje and the surrounding area, forming a strong relationship between rural, urban, suburban, and educational environments.
