Abstract
V diplomskem delu z naslovom "Energetska učinkovitost transportnih sredstev" je obravnavana raba energije in vpliv različnih prevoznih sredstev na okolje. Poudarek je na analizi osebnih vozil, tovornih vozil, letal in ladij, z namenom oceniti njihovo energetsko učinkovitost, emisije CO2 ter možnosti za trajnostni razvoj. Predstavljene so posledice podnebnih sprememb ter pomen energetske učinkovitosti v prometu. V nalogi so analizirani različni tipi motorjev – bencinski, dizelski in električni. Pri električnih vozilih je vključena tudi analiza baterij, in sicer glede na njihove vrste, ceno, kapaciteto, življenjsko dobo ter možnosti reciklaže. Namen diplomske naloge je analizirati energetsko učinkovitost različnih vrst vozil in oceniti njihov vpliv na okolje in gospodarstvo. V ta namen so pripravljene pregledne tabele, ki prikazujejo rabo energije oziroma goriva, emisije CO2 ter stroške obratovanja za posamezne vrste prevoznih sredstev. V zaključku je narejena tudi primerjava potniškega in tovornega prevoza.

Title:Energy efficiency of transport means
Abstract:
The thesis titled "Energy efficiency of transport means" addresses energy consumption and the environmental impact of various modes of transport. The focus is on analyzing passenger cars, freight vehicles, aircraft, and ships, with the aim of assessing their energy efficiency, CO2 emissions, and potential for sustainable development. The consequences of climate change and the importance of energy efficiency in transport are presented. The thesis includes an analysis of different engine types – petrol, diesel, and electric. For electric vehicles, a detailed examination of batteries is included, considering their types, cost, capacity, lifespan, and recycling possibilities. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the energy efficiency of different types of vehicles and to evaluate their impact on the environment and the economy. For this purpose, summary tables have been prepared, showing energy or fuel consumption, CO2 emissions, and operating costs for different types of transport. The conclusion also includes a comparison between passenger and freight transport.
