Musical creativity plays an important role in the music-pedagogical process. The main goal of the master's thesis is to examine the importance and success of music-creative learning processes in accordion instruction in public music schools. The theoretical part includes the definition of creativity and musical creativity through various creative aspects or activities and its function in instrument lessons, which is supported by psychological and pedagogical orientations. Improvisation is presented as the main part of the creative process. Based on neuroscientific and pedagogical findings, individual influences of creativity in the learning process are described, followed by an explanation of its significance. The areas of research include the influences of musical creativity on students in terms of their musical and general development. Using a qualitative research approach, the influence of creativity on accordion students in a music school is studied with selected examples of musical improvisation that follow the individual student's musical knowledge and skills on the accordion. Action research - a multiple case study was conducted. The musical improvisation suggestions were performed independently by students (N=4) and by students together with the teacher. The results indicate the necessity of developing musical creativity in accordion lessons in music schools due to its multifaceted qualitative impact on the holistic development of students and the learning process. The research involves encouraging student activity, spontaneous exploration through lived experiences and then intellectual understanding of learning content within improvisational musical activities.
