Workplace well-being is a broad and complex construct that encompasses various aspects of life. It is defined as the state of physical, mental and general health of individuals. The thesis examines various approaches to the concept of general well-being, such as psychological, philosophical, economic and sociological approaches. It focuses primarily on various aspects of the concept of workplace well-being through which it addresses psychological, social and physical perspective. The research is based on several interrelated theoretical foundations that focus on communication at work, work-life balance, definition of work tasks and responsibilities of employees and the work environment in the selected company X. The findings show that employees are generally satisfied with work-life balance and communication, while there is room for improvement in defining work tasks and responsibilities of employees and optimizing the work environment. The results of the research are relevant both for Company X, to which we offer concrete guidelines for maintaining and ensuring an appropriate work environment through theoretical review and practical analysis, and for the academic community, which studies the field of workplace well-being and encourages research aimed at developing, optimizing, and implementing strategies to improve overall well-being and well-being in the workplace.
