Predlog prostorskega razvoja naselij Račica in Loka pri Zidanem Mostu : diplomska naloga

Diplomska naloga obravnava predlog prostorske ureditve naselij Račica in Loka pri Zidanem Mostu v občini Sevnica. Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati možnosti prostorskega razvoja naselij in izboljšati njuno podobo, v želji po razvoju in ureditvi okolice, ki bo omogočila kakovostno bivanje sedanjih in bodočih prebivalcev, hkrati pa ohranila tradicionalno podobo obeh obravnavnih naselij. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo obravnavali izhodišča, probleme in usmeritve na področju urejanja naselij ter za to predpisani zakonodajni okvir. Praktični del naloge obsega predstavitev občine Sevnica ter naselij Račica in Loka pri Zidanem Mostu, ter prostorske analize obstoječega stanja. V zaključku naloge smo oblikovali predlog prostorske ureditve naselij Račica in Loka pri Zidanem Mostu.

Abstract

The thesis deals with a proposal for the spatial development of the settlements of Račica and Loka pri Zidanem Most in the municipality of Sevnica. The aim of the thesis is to explore the possibilities of spatial development of the settlements and to improve their image, in order and to develop and improve the surroundings in a way that will enable quality living for the current and future inhabitants. At the same time the developement should preserve the traditional image of the two settlements in question. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the starting points, problems and guidelines in the field of settlement planning and the legislative framework for this. The practical part of the thesis includes a presentation of the municipality of Sevnica and the settlements of Račica and Loka pri Zidanem Most, as well as a spatial analysis of the existing situation. In the conclusion of the thesis, we have developed a proposal for the spatial development of the settlements of Račica and Loka pri Zidanem Mostu.
