Abstract
Diplomski projekt se osredotoča na pomen tradicionalnih vrednot, kot so spoštovanje, odgovornost in empatija v današnjem poslovnem okolju ter poudarja vpliv digitalizacije in tehnologije na sodobne načine vodenja podjetij in odnose znotraj podjetja. Poseben poudarek je na vplivu tehnologije na mlajše generacije pri vzgoji ter kako se tradicionalna vzgoja razlikuje od sodobne. Poudarek je tudi na razliki med generacijami, predvsem med generacijami X, Y in Z in kako se te generacijske razlike kažejo na delovnem mestu. V zaključnem delu diplomskega projekta je predstavljena še današnja generacija Alfa, ki bo v prihodnosti oblikovala poslovni svet.

Title:ABANDONING TRADITIONAL VALUES IN MODERN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Abstract:
This thesis project focuses on the importance of traditional values such as respect, responsibility and emphaty in today's business environment and highlights the impact of digitalisation and technology on modern ways of managing businesses and relationships within the company. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of technology on the younger generations when it comes to education and how upbringing education differs from modern education. There is also a focus on the difference between generations, in particular Generations X, Y and Z and how these generational differences are reflected in the workplace. The final part of the project focuses on the Alpha Generation, who will shape the future of business.
