Abstract
Komutatorski motorji in sesalne enote predstavljajo pomemben del proizvodnje podjetja Domel. Za njihovo uspešno delovanje je ključna ustrezna kakovost komutatorjev. Da bi zagotovili to kakovost, se komutatorje testira na razlet, s čimer se simulira njihovo obnašanje pri velikih obremenitvah. Obstoječa preizkusna naprava povzroča številne težave, kot so neenakomerni rezultati in nezadostna zanesljivost, zato smo se odločili za razvoj nove naprave, ki omogoča enostavno in ponovljivo izvajanje testa ob doseganju vseh zahtev testiranja. Nova naprava je zasnovana tako, da omogoča hitrejšo izvedbo preizkusov in natančnejšo analizo rezultatov, kar prispeva k izboljšanju celotnega procesa. V zaključnem delu je prikazan celoten postopek konstruiranja posameznih sestavnih delov ter končna sestavljena naprava. Napravo smo preizkusili s testiranjem serijskih komutatorjev, s čimer smo preverili njihovo kakovost na treh različnih testih, za katere smo definirali preizkusni predpis. Poleg tega smo potrdili tudi ustreznost koncepta naprave, njeno vzdržljivost in ponovljivost testiranja pri večkratni izvedbi preizkusa.

Title:Construction of a device for commutator burst testing
Abstract:
Commutator motors and vacuum cleaner motors represent an important part of Domel's production. To ensure their successful operation, the quality of the commutators is crucial. To guarantee this quality, commutators are tested for burst, with the aim of simulating their performance under high loads. The existing testing device causes numerous issues, such as uneven results and insufficient reliability, which led us to develop a new device that allows for easy and repeatable testing while fulfilling all testing requirements. The new device is designed to enable faster execution of tests and more precise analysis of results, contributing to the improvement of the entire process. This thesis presents the complete process of constructing individual components and the final assembled device. The device was tested by evaluating serial commutators, allowing us to evaluate their quality through three different tests, for which we defined a testing procedure. In addition, we also confirmed the suitability of the device concept, its durability, and the repeatability of testing during multiple test executions.
