Abstract
Preoblikovanje kovine z izbočevanjem se pogosto uporablja v avtomobilski industriji, zato bomo z optimiranjem postopka opredelili parametre, ki vplivajo na izboljšanje kakovosti izdelka. Sam proces izbočevanja se redkeje uporablja pri preoblikovanju dvofaznih jekel, ki pa so vsestransko uporabna v avtomobilski industriji zaradi njihovega odličnega razmerja med duktilnostjo in visoko trdnostjo. Za določitev anizotropije in ostalih preoblikovalnih lastnosti pločevinskega materiala Docol DP600-UC smo izvedli enoosne natezne preizkuse in ugotovili, da smer valjanja ne vpliva na preoblikovalnost pločevine. Pri izbočevanju preizkušancev iz izbranega dvofaznega jekla smo analizirali vplive na tanjšanje pločevine in preoblikovalno silo. Eksperiment preoblikovanja z izbočevanjem smo zasnovali po Taguchijevi metodi načrtovanja eksperimentov. Iz rezultatov analize smo ugotovili, da na največje tanjšanje in velikost sile izbočevanja v večji meri vplivata globina preoblikovanja in premer pestiča zato je zaželeno preoblikovanje z večjim radijem in manjšo globino. Koeficient trenja ima na merjeni izhodni karakteristiki manjši vpliv.

Title:Analysis of the influence of the technological parameters of the bulging of dual phase steel sheet on the forming force and material thinning
Abstract:
Metal forming by bulging is commonly used in the automotive industry; therefore, by optimizing the process, we aim to define the parameters that influence the improvement of product quality. The bulging process is less frequently applied to the forming of dual-phase steels, although these materials are widely used in the automotive sector due to their excellent balance between ductility and high strength. To determine the anisotropy and other formability characteristics of the Docol DP600-UC sheet material, we conducted uniaxial tensile tests and found that the rolling direction does not affect the formability of the sheet. During bulging tests on specimens made of the selected dual-phase steel, we analysed the effects on sheet thinning and forming force. The bulging experiment was designed using the Taguchi method of experimental design. Based on the analysis results, we determined that the depth of forming and punch diameter have the greatest impact on maximum thinning and forming force. Therefore, forming with a larger radius and shallower depth is recommended. The coefficient of friction has a smaller influence on the measured output characteristics.
