Vpliv zimske rezi na kakovost in količino grozdja žlahtne vinske trte sorte 'Istrska malvazija'

Abstract
V bločnem poskusu smo leta 2024 v vinogradu v Slovenski Istri poskušali ugotoviti, kako različna zimska rez vpliva na kakovost in količino grozdja sorte 'Istrska malvazija'. V poskusu smo spremljali odziv trte na dva načina zimske rezi. Pri prvem načinu smo na trti pustili enoletni les s 6-8 zimskimi očesi (6-8 ZO) in pri drugem enoletni les z 10-12 zimskimi očesi (10-12 ZO). Poskus je bil opravljen v 10 obravnavanjih, ki so bili sestavljeni iz desetih trsov. Zimska rez je bila izvedena 16. 2. 2024. Trgatev smo opravili 15. 9. 2024 tako, da smo grozdje iz vsake trte posebej potrgali in stehtali pridelek na posamičen trs. Pri jagodah iz obravnavanja 6-8 ZO je bila, glede na obravnavanje 10-12 ZO, vsebnost suhe snovi za 10 °Oe večja, za 0,44 višji pH in za 30 g večja povprečna masa 100 jagod ter za 0,55 g/l manjša vsebnost skupnih kislin. Za pridobitev uporabnih podatkov, ki bi jih uporabili za svetovanje vinogradnikom, kateri način zimske rezi je ustreznejši, bi morali poskus izvesti še v dodatnih letih.

Title:The impact of winter pruning on the quantity and quality of grapevine 'Istrska malvazija'
Abstract:
In a block trial in 2024 in the vineyards in Slovenian Istria, we tried to find out how different winter pruning affects the quality and quantity of the grape variety 'White Malvasia from Istria'. In the experiment, we observed the response of the vines to two different types of winter pruning. In the first method we left 6-8 buds on the cane (treatment 6-8 ZO) and in the second method we left 10-12 buds on the cane (treatment 10-12 ZO). The trial was carried out in 10 treatments, each comprising ten vines. The winter pruning was on 16. 2. 2024. The harvest was on 15. 9. 2024, the grapes were picked separately from each vine and the yield per vine was weighed. In the berries of the 6-8 ZO treatment, the total soluble solids content was 10 °Oe higher, the pH was 0.44 higher and the average weight of 100 berries was 30 g higher, while the total acid content was 0.55 g/l lower than in the 10-12 ZO treatment. In order to obtain useful data that can be used to advise growers on which method of winter pruning is more suitable, the trial should be carried out in further years.
