Abstract
V magistrskem delu sta predstavljena analiza sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti in njegov razvoj v slovenskem zasebnem podjetju (v nadaljevanju: podjetje x). Cilj dela je bil analizirati možnosti uvedbe sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti in kompetenc zaposlenih v podjetju x ter preveriti povezljivost nagrajevanja delovne uspešnosti in variabilnega dela plače. V teoretičnem delu je bila uporabljena metoda analize sekundarnih virov s področja upravljanja delovne uspešnosti, ocenjevanja kompetenc ter obstoječih metod in orodij ocenjevanja zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu je bilo v podjetju x izvedeno pilotno testiranje sistema ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti in izraženosti delovno specifičnih kompetenc. Postavljena so bila štiri raziskovalna vprašanja, na katera so bili podani odgovori s pomočjo izsledkov v empiričnem delu. Na temelju izsledkov pilotne raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, na kakšen način izboljšati sistem ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih v podjetju x. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je sistem ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti in kompetenc primerno orodje za prepoznavanje vrzeli in načrtovanje razvoja zaposlenih. Prav tako je bilo potrjeno, da je sistem mogoče učinkovito povezati s plačnim sistemom ter na ta način dodatno spodbuditi razvoj zaposlenih in uspešnost podjetja.

Title:Analysis and development of job performance evaluation system in Company x
Abstract:
This master's thesis presents an analysis and development of a job performance system in a Slovenian private company (hereinafter: Company x). The goal of the thesis was to analyse the possibility of introducing a job performance and competence evaluation system in the Company x and assess the integration of job performance remuneration and the variable component of remuneration. In the theoretical part, the method of analysing secondary sources in the field of job performance management, competence evaluation and existing employee evaluation methods and tools is employed. In the empirical part, the Company x underwent pilot testing of the job performance evaluation system and the expression of work-specific competence. Four research questions were set and answered based on empirical findings. Based on the findings from the pilot research, it was determined how to improve the job performance evaluation system in the Company x. It was found that the job performance and competence evaluation system is a suitable tool to identify potential gaps and plan employee development. It was also confirmed that the system could be effectively integrated with the salary system, thus additionally stimulating employee development and the company's performance.
