Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je poglobljeno predstaviti pojem trženja v športu in specifičnosti digitalnega trženja v športu. Predstavljena je študija primera športne organizacije Rokometni klub Krim Mercator, ki že trideset let nastopa v Ligi prvakinj. Ključno raziskovalno vprašanje je bilo vezano na raziskovanje konceptov in principov modernega trženja ter na posodobitev in nadgradnjo obstoječe tržne strategije kluba z namenom doseganja specifičnih ciljev organizacije RK Krim Mercator. Vzajemno s študijo primera je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda, pri čemer smo se osredotočali predvsem na znanstvene članke, dostopne preko spleta, ki sledijo hitremu razvoju področja trženja in sodobnih tehnologij spletnega komuniciranja. V okviru študije je bil izveden intervju z odgovorno osebo za marketing v RK Krim Mercator z namenom poglobljenega razumevanja in analize obstoječih tržnih strategij kluba. Hkrati smo s pomočjo spletnih orodij za analizo spletišč in profilov na družbenih omrežjih analizirali trenutno stanje. Na osnovi pridobljenih podatkov smo opredelili pozitivne točke in poskušali najti priložnosti za izboljšavo spletišča www.rkkrim.com ter Facebook profila RK Krim Mercator. Omejitve raziskovanja so vezane na specifičnost novega, izredno hitro razvijajočega se področja in zahtevnega vrednotenja učinkov ukrepov in strategij. Rezultat našega raziskovanja je tako posodobljena strategija trženja RK Krim Mercator; postavljen je tudi konkreten šestmesečni načrt za oglaševanje, prilagojen specifičnim ciljem organizacije RK Krim Mercator.

Title:The new trends in sports marketing on example of RK Krim Mercator
Abstract:
The purpose of this master's thesis was to present the concept of marketing and dive into the specifics of digital marketing, particularly from the perspective of its application within the sports organization of the women's handball club Krim Mercator. The key question we were exploring was how to effectively apply and enhance the modern marketing concepts and principles to improve the marketing strategies the club already has, to achieve the specific goals set by the organization. We approached the problem using a descriptive method, primarily utilizing scientific articles available online, as they are more suitable for keeping up with the rapid evolution of media and subsequently digital marketing. Furthermore, we interviewed Jure Doler, the marketing director of RK Krim Mercator, to determine the desired outcomes of the club's online marketing campaigns and set concrete objectives. Using online tools for analyzing websites and social media profiles, we identified positive aspects and sought opportunities for improvement on the website www.rkkrim.com and the Facebook profile of RK Krim Mercator. Lastly, based on these findings, and with the help of knowledge from the theoretical part, we highlighted areas where the marketing strategy could be enhanced and developed a concrete six month advertising plan tailored to the specific goals set during the interview.
