Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava izdelavo silikonskega modela srca z vgrajeno turbinsko srčno LVAD črpalko, ohišja za srce in drugih elementov merilne postaje, ki skupaj sestavljajo simulator človeškega srca. V nalogi je predstavljen in podrobno opisan postopek izdelave in problemi, ki smo jih imeli za posamezne elemente postaje. V centru merilne postaje je silikonsko srce z vgrajeno LVAD črpalko, ki sta v ohišju, kamur je povezan pnevmatski pogon srca. Merilna postaja vključuje tudi cilindre, ki služijo kot upor telesa, hkrati pa imamo še sistem za regulacijo pnevmatike in sistem za zajemanje tlaka in pretoka. Po izdelavi postaje, smo simulator preizkusili in izmerili podatke za tlak in pretok, iz katerih lahko ovrednotimmo delovanje naše postaje.

Title:Measurement of heart model performance with an integrated turbine heart pump
Abstract:
The master's thesis focuses on the development of a silicone heart model with an integrated LVAD turbine pump, heart casing, and other components of the measuring station, which together form a human heart simulator. The thesis presents and describe the manufacturing process and the challenges encountered for each component of the station. At the center of the measuring station is a silicone heart with an integrated LVAD pump, enclosed in a casing connected to a pneumatic system, that drives the heart. The measurement station also includes cylinders that serve as body resistance, along with a pneumatic regulation system and a system for pressure and flow data acquisition. After constructing the station, we tested the simulator and measured pressure and flow data, allowing us to evaluate the performance of our setup.
