Sinteza zlatovih(I) kompleksov z merkaptopirimidini

Poskusila sem pripraviti nov ligand in šest zlatovih(I) kompleksov z različnimi merkaptopirimidskimi ligandi. Sinteza novega liganda je uspela, pri kompleksih pa je v vseh primerih na koncu v produktu ostalo več prostega liganda in prekurzorja kot pa želenega kompleksa. Za vsak produkt vmesne stopnje sinteze novega liganda in za vsak kompleks sem posnela spekter NMR in HRMS, za vsak produkt vmesne stopnje sinteze liganda pa sem posnela tudi UV-Vis in IR spekter.

• Title: Synthesis of mercaptopyrimidine gold(I) complexes

Abstract

I attemted to prepare a new ligand and six mercaptopyrimide gold(I) complexes. The synthesis of the new ligand succeeded, however, all of the complexes ended up containing more of the free ligand and precursor than the desired complex. I recorded the NMR and HRMS spectra of the individual stages of the synthesis of the new ligand and of the complexes, as well as the UV-Vis and IR spectrum of the ligand stages.
