Abstract
Magistrsko delo se osredotoča na zasnovo sistema za upravljanje usposabljanj partnerjev podjetja KRONOTERM. Podjetje se sooča z izzivi povečanja števila poslovnih partnerjev, specifičnimi zahtevami panoge in potrebo po učinkoviti organizaciji usposabljanj. Namen raziskave je bil vzpostaviti digitalni sistem, ki poenostavi in standardizira procese usposabljanj, hkrati pa zagotavlja preglednost in dostopnost ključnih informacij za vse udeležence. Metodologija raziskovalnega dela je temeljila na kombinaciji kvalitativnih in kvantitativnih pristopov, vključno z analizo obstoječih sistemov za upravljanje učenja (angl. Learning Management System; LMS), preučevanjem procesov v podjetju KRONOTERM ter izvedbo intervjujev in testiranj z uporabniki. S pomočjo programske opreme za načrtovanje uporabniških vmesnikov (angl. user interface; UI) smo načrtovali UI, ki smo ga testirali z vzorčno skupino uporabnikov. Testiranje je vključevalo povratne informacije uporabnikov glede preglednosti, uporabnosti in funkcionalnosti sistema, kar je omogočilo nadaljnje prilagoditve. Cilji raziskave so vključevali razvoj preglednega, učinkovitega in prilagodljivega sistema, ki bo izboljšal organizacijo usposabljanj, povečal preglednost procesov ter zagotovil temelje za nadaljnji razvoj, vključno z mobilno različico sistema. Modul vključuje funkcionalnosti, kot so prijava na izobraževanja, sledenje napredku, avtomatska izdaja certifikatov ter integracija z obstoječimi moduli podjetja. Zaključki raziskave poudarjajo pomen modularnega pristopa, ki zagotavlja dolgoročno uporabnost in prilagodljivost sistema. Ključna priporočila vključujejo razvoj mobilne različice, ki bo omogočala dostopnost z različnih lokacij in prilagodljivost za uporabnike na terenu. Modul ima potencial, da postane osrednje orodje za upravljanje kompetenc partnerjev in zaposlenih, kar bo pomembno prispevalo k izboljšanju poslovnih procesov in konkurenčnosti podjetja. Raziskava tako postavlja trdne temelje za nadaljnjo rast in digitalizacijo usposabljanj, ki podpirajo strateške cilje podjetja KRONOTERM.

Title:Upgrading learning management system for KRONOTERM partners
Abstract:
The master thesis focuses on the design of a learning management system for KRONOTERM's partners. The company is facing the challenges of increasing the number of business partners, specific industry requirements and the need to organise training efficiently. The aim of the research was to create a digital system that simplifies and standardises training processes, while ensuring transparency and accessibility of key information for all participants. The research methodology was based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including an analysis of existing learning management systems, a study of KRONOTERM processes, and interviews and testing with users. Using user interface design software, we designed user interface, which was tested with a sample group of users. Testing included user feedback on clarity, usability and functionality of the system, which allowed further modifications. The goals of the research included the development of a transparent, efficient, and flexible system that enhances the organization of training, increases process transparency, and lays the foundation for future development, including a mobile version of the system. The module includes functionalities such as training registration, progress tracking, automatic certificate issuance, and integration with the company’s existing modules. The research conclusions highlight the importance of a modular approach, which ensures the system's long-term usability and flexibility. Key recommendations include the development of a mobile version that will enable accessibility from various locations and adaptability for field users. The module has the potential to become a central tool for managing the competencies of both partners and employees, significantly contributing to the improvement of business processes and the company’s competitiveness. The research thus establishes a solid foundation for the further growth and digitalization of training, supporting the strategic goals of KRONOTERM.
