Abstract
V današnjem hitro razvijajočem se svetu je digitalna tehnologija postala del našega vsakdanjika. Spreminja način komuniciranja, dostopa do informacij in sodelovanja s svetom ter nam olajšuje vsakodnevna opravila. Sledi digitalne tehnologije pa niso vidne le pri odraslih, ampak jih lahko opazimo tudi pri otrocih, pri katerih pa ne moremo govoriti le o pozitivnih izkušnjah. Razumevanje raznolikega vpliva tehnologije na mlade generacije je ključnega pomena za spodbujanje učinkovitega pristopa k izkoriščanju njenega potenciala za boljšo prihodnost vseh nas. Problem je aktualen in zanimiv, raziskovanje vplivov tehnologije pa pozitivno vpliva tudi na poučevanje, saj po njegovih izsledkih oblikujemo pristope k poučevanju otrok v digitalni dobi.

Title:Children's development and education in relation to digital technology
Abstract:
In today's fast-paced world, digital technology has become a part of our daily lives. It is changing the way we communicate and makes our daily tasks easier. The impact of digital technology can not only be seen in adulthood but can be spotted among children. We can talk about the positive and negative side effects of its use. Research and its effects on the cognitive, social, and educational aspects of a child’s life have been done and with their help, we can understand better the impact of technology on young generations. With that knowledge, we can effectively approach its potential for a better future for all of us. The topic is actual and interesting, and it can contribute to development of positive teaching techniques for children in the digital age.
