Diplomska naloga raziskuje koncept mešane rabe prostora in raznovrstnosti programov v novo načrtovani soseski ob Litijski cesti v Ljubljani. Predstavljen je pojav mešane rabe ob razvoju urbanih kultur in njen razvoj v urbanistični teoriji ter praksi. Obravnavani so principi, vrste in dimenzije mešane rabe prostora za vzpostavljanje privlačnega in vitalenga mestnega prostora. Na podlagi teh je prikazana aplikacija koncepta mešane rabe in raznovrstnosti v novi soseski ob Litijski cesti.

Abstract

The diploma thesis explores the concept of mixed use and program diversity in a newly planned neighborhood along Litijska cesta in Ljubljana. It presents the phenomenon od mixed use in the context of urban development through time and its development in urban theory and practice. Thesis covers principles, types and dimensions of mixed use with the purpose of creating livable and appealing urban spaces. These findings serve for the application of the mixed use concept and program diversity in the new neighborhood along Litijska cesta.
