The master's thesis entitled User Study of the Grosuplje City Library is related to the measurement of user satisfaction in the Grosuplje Central Library and the Dobrepolje Local Library. In addition to users, we also surveyed non-users of the libraries. The aim and objective of the survey is to obtain feedback from users on their satisfaction with the services offered by the Grosuplje City Library and to find out what would bring non-users to the library. The survey involved interviews with the managers of the Grosuplje Central Library and the Dobrepolje Local Library. Based on the interview, a questionnaire was created, published via the 1KA platform and distributed in printed form at the lending points. 373 library users and non-users answered the questionnaire. The results show that users are mostly very satisfied with the services, but some shortcomings were noted in terms of promotional services, high non-use and lack of awareness of certain services, and non-users could be attracted to the library by more promotion of the variety of services offered by the library. Despite the countless compliments and positive results, the library must also strive to improve the shortcomings identified during the survey in the future, as users are an indispensable link in the library's activities. The survey gives an insight into current user satisfaction, but as the sample was ad hoc, no overall conclusions can be drawn.
