The thesis presents the construction site organization project for the Litijska-Pesarska residential complex. The first part introduces the residential complex project, which will include 95 non-profit rental apartments. The second part outlines the key elements that need to be examined for the development of the construction site organization. It describes the procedures for determining the dimensions of storage areas, transport routes, installations, the placement of temporary auxiliary structures, and construction site cranes. The final part presents the construction site organization project for securing the excavation pit and piloting the structure, including several possible execution methods. Additionally, a construction site organization plan is developed for the reinforced concrete phase of the building, along with different options for the placement of construction cranes. To illustrate the construction site organization, characteristic plans and diagrams have been prepared and are included as attachments at the end of the thesis.
