Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo možnost uvedbe instrumentne priletne procedure na nekontrolirano letališče. Osredotočamo se na letališča z ne instrumentnimi vzletno pristajalnimi stezami, katerih uporabniki so letalniki splošnega letalstva. Velik poudarek je na prisotnosti ali odsotnosti služb zračnega prometa v zračnih prostorih kjer se ta letališča običajno nahajajo. V prvem delu diplomske naloge preučimo tveganja, ki so prisotna pri uvedbi take procedure ter predstavimo blažilne ukrepe s katerimi zagotovimo zadostno stopnjo varnosti za izvedbo le te. V drugem delu diplomskega dela pa se osredotočamo na praktičnost preučene teorije. Namen je predstaviti osnutek instrumentne priletne procedure na letališču Lesce, za kar je najprej potrebno preučiti primer iz tujine, ki je po legi in dejavnosti primerljiv z našim. Ugotovili smo, da je uvedba instrumentne priletne procedure, z upoštevanjem ustreznih varnostnih ukrepov možna in v tujini pogosto prakticirana. Uvedba te procedure na letališču Lesce pa je sicer izvedljiva, vendar težavna zaradi bližine goratega terena ter kolizije s kontroliranim zračnim prostorom letališča Jožeta Pučnika.

Title:Application of an instrument approach procedure on an uncontrolled airport
Abstract:
In this thesis, we examine the possibility of implementing an instrument approach procedure at an uncontrolled airport. Our focus is on airports with non-instrument runways, primarily used by general aviation aircraft. A significant emphasis is placed on the presence or absence of air traffic services in the airspaces where these airports are typically located. In the first part of the thesis, we analyze the risks associated with the introduction of such a procedure and present mitigation measures to ensure an adequate level of safety for its implementation. In the second part of the thesis, we concentrate on the practical application of the examined theory. The aim is to propose a draft instrument approach procedure for Lesce Airport. To achieve this, we first study a foreign case that is comparable to our airport in terms of location and operational characteristics. Our findings indicate that the implementation of an instrument approach procedure is feasible with appropriate safety measures and is commonly practiced abroad. However, while the introduction of such a procedure at Lesce Airport is technically possible, it presents challenges due to the proximity of mountainous terrain and potential conflicts with the nearby controlled airspace of Jože Pučnik Airport.
