Idejna zasnova prenove industrijske hale TIKI v Ljubljani

Industrijske hale, ki so bile včasih na obrobju mest, danes v osrčju stanovanjskih naselij predstavljajo idealno priložnost za prenovo in ponovno uporabo. Magistrska naloga skozi raziskovanje industrijske arhitekturne dediščine, obstoječ industrijski objekt valorizira. Industrijska hala Tiki se nahaja v industrijski coni Šiška, v Ljubljani. Raziskava prefabriciranih arhitekturnih elementov objekta pokaže pomen le-teh, jih ohrani ter poudari. Hkrati da industrijskemu objektu nov program, ki ga z analizo poišče za obravnavano okolico Šiške. Prenova predlaga revitalizacijo območja in podaja ustreznejšo programsko rešitev. Z ureditvijo parkirišč in ozelenitvijo obogati okolico in jo iz obrobja industrijske cone spremeni v funkcionalno arhitekturo s smiselnim programom za okolico. Z različnimi vsakodnevnimi dejavnostmi otrok in staršev na enem mestu zmanjšamo uporabo prevoznih sredstev. Koncept zmanjšanega ogljičnega odtisa uvedemo s postavitvijo vrtca, aktivnosti za otroke in ostalih nakupovalno-rekreacijskih dejavnosti za odrasle. Z uvedbo večnamenske stavbe, kjer lahko vsa družina vsakodnevne opravke uredi v eni stavbi, učinkovito optimiziramo porabo časa.

• Title: Conceptual design for the renovaton of industrial hall TIKI in Ljubljana

Abstract

Industrial buildings, once on the outskirts of cities but now in the heart of residential areas, represent an ideal opportunity for renovation and reuse. This master’s thesis explores industrial architectural heritage by valuating an existing industrial building. Industrial facility Tiki, is located in the Šika industrial zone in Ljubljana. The study of the building’s prefabricated architectural elements underscores their importance, preserves them, and highlights their value. It also gives the industrial building a new program, identified through an analysis suitable for the Šiška neighbourhood. The renovation proposes revitalization of the area and provides a more appropriate programmatic solution. By arranging parking and greening the area, it enriches the surroundings and transforms them from the fringes of an industrial zone into functional architecture with a meaningful program for the local community. By centralizing various daily activities for children and parents in one location, we reduce the use of transportation. We introduce a concept of reduced carbon footprint with the establishment of a kindergarten, activities for children, and other shopping and recreational activities for adults. With the introduction of a multi-purpose building where the entire family can manage daily errands in one place, we effectively optimize time usage.
