Razvoj spletnega portala za ljubitelje filmov

Vedno več je ljubiteljev filmov oziroma tistih, ki si želijo o njih razpravljati. Za ta namen že obstaja večji portal, ki pa se je v zadnjih letih bolj posvetil promociji večjih filmov, saj je to bolj dobičkonosno. S tem se je zmanjšala možnost, da bi ljubitelji filma dostopali do mnenj drugih ljubiteljev in tudi delili svoja mnenja. Zaradi tega smo želeli v diplomski nalogi razviti portal, ki ni komercialno usmerjen in je namenjen vsem ljubiteljem filmov. Kot cilj smo si tako zadali razvoj portala, ki bi služil kot alternativa ter bi uporabnikom omogočal pregled in razpravo o raznih filmih ter tematikah iz sveta filma. Pri implementaciji zastavljenega cilja smo najprej zbrali zahteve, nato pa smo naredili načrt portala in podatkovne baze ter izbrali tehnologije za razvoj. Portal smo tekom diplomske naloge tudi uspešno razvili ter ga predstavili manjšemu številu potencialnih uporabnikov, od katerih smo dobili povratne informacije o njegovi uporabnosti. Uporabniki so portal ocenili kot preprost za uporabo in obširen, tako da smo uspešno izpolnili zadane cilje.

• Title: Development of a portal for film enthusiasts

Abstract

There is a growing number of film enthusiasts and individuals who wish to discuss films. A larger portal for this purpose already exists, but in recent years, it has shifted its focus more towards promoting major films, as this approach is more profitable. This reduced the possibility for film fans to access the opinions of other fans and share their own. Therefore we wanted to develop a portal that is not commercially oriented and is dedicated to all film lovers. Our goal was to create a portal that serves as an alternative and allows users to explore and discuss a wider range of films and topics from the world of film. To implement this goal, we first collected requirements and then designed the portal and its database, selecting the appropriate technologies for development. During the course of the thesis, we successfully developed the portal and presented it to a smaller group of potential users, from whom we received feedback regarding its usability. The users evaluated the portal as simple to use and comprehensive, enabling us to successfully achieve the set objectives.
