Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava zasnovo in izdelavo elektronskega vezja za krmiljenje koračnega motorja. Opisani so vsi ključni postopki od izbire komponent do testiranja. V uvodnem delu je opisan princip delovanja elektro magnetov in kako nam koristijo pri elektro motorjih. Kasneje je razloženo delovanje koračnega motorja. Dotaknemo se tako rotorja kot statorja: njune notranje sestave, izgleda in medsebojnega delovanja. Nato so opisane glavne komponente, ki so uporabljene v vezju: H-mostič, LDO in N-mosfet. Za tem je razložen še avtomobilski standard AEC-Q. Sledi osrednji del, kjer je najprej predstavljena izbira glavnih komponent vezja glede na zahtevane pogoje in standarde. Potem je opisano delo v programu Altium Designer, kjer je najprej nastala shema in odtis nekaterih elementov. Sledil je izris sheme in končna izdelava zasnove vezja, ki je bilo nato naročeno pri proizvajalcih tiskanin. Nazadnje je predstavljeno še testiranje izdelanega vezja in odpravljanje napak ter zaključne ugotovitve in opažanja.

Title:
Design and implementation of an electronic circuit for controlling a stepper motor
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the design and manufacture of an electronic circuit for controlling a stepper motor. All key procedures from component selection to testing are described. The introductory part describes the principle of operation of electromagnets and how they are used for electric motors. Later, the operation of a stepper motor is explained. We describe the rotor and the stator: their internal composition, appearance and interaction. Then the main components used in the circuit are described: H-bridge, LDO and N-mosfet. This is followed by an explanation of the automotive standard AEC-Q. The main part follows, where the selection of the main circuit components according to the required conditions and standards is first presented. Then the work in the Altium Designer program is described, where the schematic and the print of some elements were first created. This was followed by the drawing of the schematic and the final production of the circuit design, which was then ordered from printed circuit manufacturers. Finally, the testing of the manufactured circuit and troubleshooting are presented, as well as final findings and observations.
