Razvoj sestojev v poskusu redčenja na trajnih raziskovalnih ploskvah na Krašici 1983-2023

Zaradi podnebnih sprememb postajajo odločitve o posegih v gozdni prostor vse bolj zahtevne. Na trajnih raziskovalnih ploskvah na območju Krašice smo raziskovali vplive različnih jakosti redčenja na sestojno zgradbo, priraščanje in stabilnost sestojev. V raziskavo so bili vključeni sestoj A, kjer je bilo v preteklosti opravljeno redčenje močne jakosti, sestoj B, v katerem je bilo izvedeno redčenje s šibko jakostjo ter kontrolni sestoj C, kjer ni bilo ukrepanj. Ugotovili smo, da je najbolje priraščal kontrolni sestoj, medtem ko je najnižje prirastke dosegel sestoj B. Na podlagi izračunov dimenzijskega razmerja smo ugotovili, da ima redčenje pozitiven vpliv na stabilnost dreves, saj sta se sestoja A in B izkazala za bolj stabilna od kontrolnega sestoja. Z marteloskopom smo opravili tri različice odkazila v smislu svetlitvenega redčenja in primerjali rezultate. Pri izvedbi odkazil smo ugotovili razlike pri jakosti redčenja, številu izbrancev in konkurentov ter pri povprečnemu premeru izbrancev in konkurentov.

• Title: Development of stands in the thinning experiment on permanent research plots in Krašica 1983-2023

Abstract

Due to climate change, forest management decisions are becoming increasingly challenging. In permanent research plots in the Krašica, we investigated the effects of different thinning intensities on stand structure, growth and stability. The study included stand A, which had been heavily thinned in the past, stand B, which had been lightly thinned, and control stand C, which had not been thinned. We found that the control stand had the best increments, while stand B had the lowest increments. Based on the dimensional ratio calculations, we found that thinning had a positive effect on stability, with stands A and B proving to be more stable than the control stand. Three variations of thinning were carried out with marteloscope and the results compared. In the plots we found differences in thinning intensity as well as density and average diameter of crop trees and their competitors.
