Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje avtomatiziran proces v farmacevtski industriji ter komponente, ki ga tvorijo kot celoto. Predstavljen je del procesa, ki je zadolžen za pripravo pufrov, ki se kasneje v procesu uporabijo pri kromatografiji. Na začetku je opisan računalniški sistem vodenja. Nato sta predstavljeni strojna in programska oprema, uporabljeni pri izvedbi projekta. Sledi opis uporabniškega vmesnika, s katerim so uporabniku grafično predstavljeni vsi elementi avtomatizacije v sistemu. V funkcionalnosti sistema je zajeto delovanje posameznih operacij in faz sistema, ki skupaj omogočajo proces priprave pufrov. Na koncu pa so predstavljeni testni postopki za nadzorno-krmilni sistem, s katerimi preizkusimo pravilnost delovanja sistema, hkrati pa tudi njegovo varnost.

Title:Automation of the Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Abstract:
The thesis describes an automated process in the pharmaceutical industry and the components that form it as a whole. A part of the process responsible for preparing buffers, which are later used in chromatography, is presented. The computer control system is described at the beginning. Next, the hardware and software used in the implementation of the project are introduced. This is followed by a description of the user interface, which allows the user to visualize all the automation elements in the system. The functionality of the system includes the actions of the individual operations and phases of the system, which together enable the buffer preparation process. Finally, the test procedures for the supervisory control system are presented that ensure the correct functioning of the system and its safety.
