Oblikovanje in izdelava brošure z nalogami za izboljšavo motoričnih sposobnosti pri otrocih z motnjo pomankanja pozornosti s hiperaktivnostjo

Učenje rokopisa je ena izmed osnov na začetku otrokovega šolanja. Za pridobitev in krepitev spretnosti in sposobnosti, ki otroku omogočajo obvladanje rokopisa, je treba razvijati otrokove sposobnosti in spretnosti fine motorike in grafomotorike. Namen diplomske naloge je bil preučiti in nato predstaviti pojme motorike, grobe motorike, fine motorike in grafomotorike, predstaviti že obstoječe slovenske publikacije na to temo ter na koncu oblikovati in izdelati brošuro z vzorci vaj za krepitev in ohranjanje spretnosti in sposobnosti fine motorike in grafomotorike, namenjeno otrokom prve triade osnovne šole, ki se učijo pisati. Diplomsko delo je bilo tako razdeljeno na tri glavne dele. V prvem, teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni prej omenjeni pojmi motorike, fine in grobe motorike, grafomotorike ter obstoječe slovenske publikacije na to temo. Drugi, eksperimentalni del prinaša opis celotnega postopka priprave in oblikovanja brošure, s slikami izbranih postopkov, tipografije, barv, materialov, strojev in programske opreme. Na koncu je še tretji del z rezultati in razpravo, v katerem smo predstavili končne oblikovalske rešitve brošure in fizično brošuro. Kot cilj diplomskega dela je nastala brošura z naslovom Kolažnica, zbirka vzorcev finomotoričnih in grafomotoričnih vaj, ki vsebuje tri posamezne sklope vzorcev vaj. Prvi sklop so vzorci vaj za krepitev in ohranjanje sposobnosti in spretnosti fine motorike, drugi in tretji sklop pa so vzorci vaj za krepitev in ohranjanje sposobnosti in spretnosti grafomotorike. Za vzorce vaj so bile izdelane originalne ilustracije in grafike, uvodni del brošure pa vsebuje tudi predstavitev pojmov motorike, fine in grobe motorike, grafomotorike ter kratek opis vsebine brošure in dodatna navodila za reševanje vaj, namenjena staršem otrok, ki bodo izvajali vzorce vaj.

• Title: Design and production of brochure with exercises for improving motor skills for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Abstract

Learning handwriting is one of the basics at the start of a child's schooling. In order to acquire and strengthen the skills and abilities that enable the child to master handwriting it is necessary to develop the child's fine motor and graphomotor skills. This diploma thesis is aimed to study and introduce the concepts of motor skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills and graphomotor skills in order to present the already existing Slovenian publications on the topic and to finally design and produce a brochure with examples of exercises for strengthening and maintaining the tine motor skills and graphomotor skills and abilities intended for children of the first triad of primary school who are learning to write. The thesis was thus divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and presents the concepts of motor skills, fine and gross motor skills, graphomotor skills, and the existing Slovenian publications, the second part is experimental and describes the entire process of preparing and designing the brochure, and includes pictures of selected procedures, typography, colours, materials, machines and software, while the third part includes the results and discussion where we present the final design solutions for the brochure and the physical brochure. The final result of this diploma thesis was a brochure called Kolažnica, zbirka vzorcev finomotoričnih in grafomotoričnih vaj. It contains three individual sets of exercises. The first set contains exercises for strengthening and maintaining fine motor skills and abilities, while the second and third sets contain exercises to strengthen and maintain graphomotor skills and abilities. Original illustrations and drawings were also created for these exercise. The introductory part of the brochure also contains a presentation of the concepts of motor skills, fine and gross motor skills, as well as graphomotor skills, a brief description of the contents of the brochure and additional instructions for solving the exercises, intended for parents of the children, who will perform the exercises.
