IZBOLJŠAVE NA PODROČJU DOKUMENTARNIH DELOVNIH PROCESOV V TRANSPORTNEM PODJETJU

Diplomska naloga v prvem poglavju obravnava probleme, cilje in metode raziskave, sledijo osnovne informacije o dokumentarnih procesih, njihova zgodovina, ključni elementi ter dejavniki, ki vplivajo nanje. Drugo poglavje se osredotoča na metode za izboljšanje dokumentarnih procesov, med katerimi so metoda 5S, Kanban, LEAN management, Pomodoro, Metoda GTD, Pareto in metoda Zoning. Sodobne informacijske rešitve predstavljajo TMS v sistemih ERP, med katerimi so tako podrobneje analizirani Oracle Transportation Management, MercuryGate, Blu Jay, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ti sistemi uporabljajo boljši nadzor, organizacijo in arhiviranje dokumentacije, s čimer prispevajo k boljši učinkovitosti. V praktičnem delu je prikazano izbrano podjetje z analizo trenutnega stanja dokumentarnega procesa, od prejemanja povpraševanj, izvajanja transporta, arhiviranja dokumentacije do računovodskih aktivnosti. Preizkušena je tudi metoda 5S, ki vključuje sortiranje, urejanje, čiščenje, standardizacijo in samodisciplino. Na koncu so podani predlogi za izboljšave z uporabo TMS v sistemih ERP, ki bi lahko prispevali k optimizaciji dokumentarnih procesov v podjetju.

• Title: IMPROVEMENTS IN THE DOCUMENTATION WORKFLOW PROCESSES IN A TRANSPORT COMPANY

Abstract

The thesis begins by addressing the problems, objectives, and methods of research in the first chapter, followed by basic information on documentary processes, their history, key elements, and influencing factors. The second chapter focuses on methods for improving documentary processes, including 5S, Kanban, LEAN management, Pomodoro Technique, GTD Method, Pareto Analysis, and Zoning Method. Modern information solutions are presented through TMS in ERP systems, with detailed analysis of Oracle Transportation Management, MercuryGate, Blu Jay, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. These systems enhance control, organization, and documentation archiving, contributing to greater efficiency. In the practical section, the chosen company is presented with an analysis of the current state of the documentary process, from receiving inquiries, executing transport, and archiving documentation to accounting activities. The 5S method, including sorting, organizing, cleaning, standardizing, and self-discipline, is also tested. Finally, suggestions for improvements using TMS in ERP systems are provided, which could optimize the company's documentary processes.
