It is right to remember also the carpenters which contributed to the work of the great architect Jože Plečnik. The quality of products surely depended on their knowledge and preciseness. The professor himself considered his collaborators co-creators of his own works. Both parties despised the imaginativeness of the industrial standardization and considered it a quality to assist to the growth of every single product. Plečnik has never been surpassed in the unfathom elegance of interiers which appeared as a consequence of the perfect union with wood, the modelling tradition in popular engraving and carpentry. By analyzing the studying programme ideated by the "Plečnik educational system" we are able to realize Plečnik' s relationship to wood and furniture, the skills andpreciseness of his workmens.
