In this thesis, we examined the business idea of producing wooden epoxy tables. We confirmed that the business idea has potential, as competition in Slovenia is limited, offering a market opportunity. However, success is highly dependent on our marketing strategies and consumer awareness. It was also shown that interest in these tables exists, but their actual presence in Slovenian homes is not proportional to the interest. Therefore, targeting business users, such as hotels and restaurants, presents itself as a viable alternative. The thesis emphasizes the importance of sustainable production, technological innovation, and adapting to market conditions for business success.
