At Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. every year they strive for the highest possible number of delivered and eliminated shipments. To achieve the set goals, they must improve warehouse processes. One of warehouse processes is also the commissioning process. Commissioning process represents the picking, stacking and storage of shipments in commissioning zones. Due to the increasing need for delivery and removal of shipments in the warehouse, the commissioning process is becoming one of the most important processes. The commissioning process is carried out in three phases, namely: the preparation phase, the commissioning phase and the final phase. Carrying out the commissioning process in stages allows us to more efficiently and more accurately prepare shipments for delivery and dispatch. The general business rules are also key to the implementation of the commissioning process. The commissioning process at Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. will be presented. and possible improvements will be presented based on the analysis of the commission process.
