In this thesis, a solution to an identified gap in the market for mobile applications providing access to cadastral property data is presented. The application has been developed using tools such as Flutter, Firebase Authentication, Express.js, Sequelize ORM, and PostgreSQL. The search and visualization of both descriptive and graphical property data are enabled through an interactive map, input-based search fields, and filters based on specific property characteristics. Additionally, the organization of selected properties is facilitated by allowing them to be saved into customized groups. The usability of the application has been confirmed through a user interface evaluation conducted with a test group, and potential improvements have been proposed based on the findings.
