Abstract
Magistrsko delo je osredotočeno na razvoj testne naprave in grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika za testiranje krmilnikov brezkrtačnih motorjev. Testna naprava omogoča ponovljive meritve, prikaz in ovrednotenje rezultatov na grafičnem uporabniškem vmesniku ter shranjevanje podatkov v tekstovno datoteko. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljen postopek izdelave mehanskih delov za napravo, postopek testiranja in razvoj tiskanega vezja. Nato sledi opis programske opreme, ki izvaja testiranje ter grafičnega uporabniškega vmesnika za prikaz in ovrednotenje meritev. Zaključek vključuje sestavljanje mehanskih delov naprave v ohišje ter prikaz in analizo rezultatov na grafičnem uporabniškem vmesniku, kar skupaj tvori testno napravo. Meritve, ki preverijo delovanje komunikacije, rezultate napajalnih napetosti in porabe toka, potrjujejo ustreznost testne naprave.

Title:Tester for brushless motor controller
Abstract:
The master thesis focuses on the development of a testing device and graphical user interface for testing brushless motor controllers. The testing device enables repeatable measurements, displays and evaluates results on a graphical user interface and stores measurement data in a text file. The first part of the thesis covers the production of mechanical components for the device, the testing procedure and the development of a printed circuit board. This is followed by a description of the software used for performing measurements and the graphical user interface for displaying and evaluating measurement results. The conclusion presents the assembly of the device, its integration into a housing and an analysis of measurement results via the graphical user interface, verified by measurements.
