The master thesis focuses on the development of a testing device and graphical user interface for testing brushless motor controllers. The testing device enables repeatable measurements, displays and evaluates results on a graphical user interface and stores measurement data in a text file.
The first part of the thesis covers the production of mechanical components for the device, the testing procedure and the development of a printed circuit board. This is followed by a description of the software used for performing measurements and the graphical user interface for displaying and evaluating measurement results. The conclusion presents the assembly of the device, its integration into a housing and an analysis of measurement results via the graphical user interface, verified by measurements.
