Abstract
V sodobnem poslovnem svetu je zadrževanje kakovostnega kadra ključnega pomena za uspeh podjetja. Podjetja se zavedajo, da so zadovoljni in motivirani zaposleni temelj uspešnega poslovanja, zato je razumevanje dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na njihovo odločitev, da ostanejo ali zapustijo podjetje, izredno pomembno. Med ključnimi dejavniki, ki vplivajo na zadrževanje zaposlenih, so zadovoljstvo z delom, odnosi s sodelavci in vodjo ter možnosti napredovanja in kariernega razvoja. Namen te magistrske naloge je raziskati, kako ti dejavniki vplivajo na zadržanje zaposlenih v podjetju X ter preučiti, zakaj so nekateri zaposleni podjetje zapustili. Poudarek bo na primerjavi med zaposlenimi, ki so ostali, in tistimi, ki so odšli, z namenom ugotoviti, kakšne izboljšave lahko podjetje uvede za boljše zadrževanje ključnega kadra. Analiza bo osredotočena na vpliv zadovoljstva, podpore vodstva, medosebnih odnosov in priložnosti za napredovanje, kar bo podjetju omogočilo prilagoditev kadrovskih strategij za dolgoročno ohranjanje zaposlenih.

Title:Key factors of personnel retention in organizations: the case of company X
Abstract:
In the modern business environment retaining quality staff is crucial for a company’s success. Companies recognise that satisfied and motivated employees are the cornerstone of successful business operations, making it vital to understand the factors that influence their decision to remain with or leave the company. Key factors that affect employee retention include job satisfaction, relationships with colleagues and managers, and opportunities for promotion and career development. The aim of this master's thesis is to investigate how these factors impact employee retention at the company X and to examine the reasons why some employees have chosen to leave. The focus will be on comparing employees who have remained with those who have left, to identify what improvements, the company can make to enhance the retention of key staff. The analysis will concentrate on the influence of satisfaction, management support, interpersonal relationships, and opportunities for promotion, enabling the company to refine its human resources strategies for long-term employee retention.
