Abstract
Vijaki, ki držijo gibljivo gravuro v okviru tlačnega orodja za litje aluminija, so med izmetovalnim ciklom podvrženi visokim silam. Porodilo se je vprašanje, ali se pod glavo vijaka pojavi tako velik površinski tlak, da pride do vtisa. V primeru vtisa bi lahko prišlo do netočne izdelave ulitkov izven toleranc. Izmetovalno silo smo merili z piezoelektričnim napetostnim senzorjem. ki smo ga montirali na izmetovalni drog. Ko smo dobili podatke meritev, smo v programu ABAQUS simulirali, kako se izmetovalna sila porazdeli po vijakih. Program ABAQUS nam je podal maksimalen površinski tlak pod vijakom, ki smo ga nato preverili na dopustnem površinskem tlaku in ugotovili, da ga ne presega. Poleg površinskega tlaka smo izrisali deformacijski diagram vijačne zveze, pri čemer smo ugotovili, da se v najbolj obremenjenem vijaku ob izmetovalnem ciklu tesnilna sila ohrani.

Title:Analysis of screw imprint of engraving parts in aluminum die casting tools
Abstract:
The screws that hold the movable engraving in the frame of the pressure tool for aluminum casting are subjected to high forces during the ejection cycle, the question arose whether such a large surface pressure appears under the head of the screw that an impression occurs. In the case of an impression, there could be inaccurate production of castings outside of tolerances. The ejection force was measured with a piezoelectric voltage sensor that was mounted on the ejection rod, when we got the measurement data, we simulated in the ABAQUS program how the ejection force is distributed among the screws. The ABAQUS program gave us the maximum surface pressure under the screw, which we then checked for the permissible surface pressure, we found that it does not exceed it, in addition to the surface pressure, we drew the deformation diagram of the screw connection, and we found that in the most loaded screw during the ejection cycle, the sealing force preserves.
