The screws that hold the movable engraving in the frame of the pressure tool for aluminum casting are subjected to high forces during the ejection cycle, the question arose whether such a large surface pressure appears under the head of the screw that an impression occurs. In the case of an impression, there could be inaccurate production of castings outside of tolerances. The ejection force was measured with a piezoelectric voltage sensor that was
mounted on the ejection rod, when we got the measurement data, we simulated in the ABAQUS program how the ejection force is distributed among the screws. The ABAQUS program gave us the maximum surface pressure under the screw, which we then checked for the permissible surface pressure, we found that it does not exceed it, in addition to the surface pressure, we drew the deformation diagram of the screw connection, and we found that in
the most loaded screw during the ejection cycle, the sealing force preserves.
