Iskanje primernih lokacij za izvedbo glasbenega festivala na prostem z več kot 5000 udeleženci v občini Sežana

V magistrskem delu smo preučevali prostorske kriterije, zakonodajo in druge relevantne dejavnike, ki so pomembni pri določanju ugodnih lokacij za organizacijo glasbenih festivalov na prostem. Kriterijem smo v raziskavi določili razrede primernosti. Najprej smo preučili vso zakonodajo, ki se navezuje na organizacijo takšnih dogodkov, kot tudi posamezne primere trenutno aktivnih glasbenih festivalov v Sloveniji. Z rezultati analize prostorskih kriterijev in zakonodajnih omejitev smo lahko nato izvedli celostno podporo pri določanju potencialne umestitve glasbenega festivala z več kot 5000 obiskovalci. Rezultate smo pridobili s pomočjo večkriterijskega odločanja. Podpora pri odločanju je bila prostorsko omejena na območje občine Sežana. Vsak izbrani kriterij smo glede na ugodnost razvrstili med dejavnike in omejitve. Omejitvene dejavnike smo ovrednotili in prikazali z metodo Boolovih kart. Dejavnike smo ovrednotili s pomočjo kategoričnih kart in kart, izdelanih s pomočjo AHP metode obtežitve kriterijev. Končni rezultat magistrskega dela so karte najugodnejših območij za organizacijo glasbenih festivalov na prostem na območju občine Sežana. Končne karte lahko služijo kot pomoč posameznikom ali organizacijam, ki želijo organizirati glasbene dogodke v občini.

• Title: Searching for suitable locations in the municipality of Sežana for organising an outdoor music festival with more than 5000 visitors

Abstract

In the master’s thesis, we examined the spatial criteria, legislation and other important criteria that are relevant in determining favourable locations for the organisation of outdoor music festivals. The criteria were categorised according to their suitability for our research. First, we examined the legislation that prescribes how this type of event can be organised, as well as specific active music festivals in Slovenia. Based on the results of the analysis of the spatial and legal criteria, we were able to present the decision-making tool for the organisation of a music festival with more than 5000 visitors. The results were obtained by means of multi-criteria decision-making, whereby the analysis was spatially limited to the area of the municipality of Sežana. Each selected criterion was divided into factors and constraints according to its usefulness. The constraining factors were evaluated and presented using the Boolean diagram method. We evaluated the factors using categorical maps and maps created using the AHP method of criteria weighting. The final result of the master's thesis are maps of the most favourable areas for the organisation of outdoor music festivals in the territory of the Municipality of Sežana. The final maps can serve as an aid to individuals or organisations wishing to organise music events in the municipality.
