Functional and non-functional features are crucial for the successful operation of websites and online stores. In this thesis, we present and analyze
the most important non-functional and functional features that contribute to
improving our online experience. We define the functionalities that are important for maintaining customer loyalty and encouraging impulse purchases.
Through literature, we identify the key features, which are later explored in
more detail through an online survey. Finally, we use statistical analysis
to thoroughly define statistically significant differences based on key demographic groups in Slovenia. This thesis provides readers with insights into
the key non-functional and functional features and their differences based on
gender, age, and level of education.
