Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je bil zasnovati gimnazijsko medpredmetno ekskurzijo iz geografije in slovenščine v Obsredozemske pokrajine Slovenije. Ekskurzija predstavlja eno izmed možnih načinov izvajanja pouka izven učilnice in dijakom omogoča učenje preko izkušenj. Analizirali smo učna načrta za slovenščino in geografijo za splošno gimnazijo ter pokazali, da ponujata veliko možnosti za medpredmetno povezovanje. Med cilji, ki jih navajata učna načrta, smo našli mnogo vsebin, ki smo jih lahko vključili v pripravo medpredmetne ekskurzije. Priprava medpredmetne ekskurzije zajema organizacijski in vsebinski del. Osrednji del priprave je vsebinski in predstavlja jedro ekskurzije, ki poteka v osemindvajsetih točkah in zajema širok nabor različnih geografskih ter literarnih znanj. Pripravili smo tudi gradiva, ki omogočajo in podpirajo izvedbo ekskurzije. Izdelali smo učni list in zemljevid za dijake ter gradivo, ki organizatorjem ekskurzije omogoča predstavljanje in podajanje vsebin, ki jih ponudi izbrana pot medpredmetne ekskurzije pri slovenščini in geografiji v Obsredozemske pokrajine.

Title:Cross-curricular Integration of Slovene and Geography Lessons in a School Excursion to the Submediterranean Regions of Slovenia
Abstract:
The purpose of the master's thesis was to design a high school cross-curricular Geography and Slovene Language excursion for secondary school to the Submediterranean regions of Slovenia. The excursion represents one of the possible ways of implementing lessons outside the classroom and enables students to learn through experience. We analysed the Slovene and Geography curriculums for high school and found that they offer many opportunities for cross-curricular integration. Among the goals stated in the two curricula, we found many topics that could be included in the preparation of a cross-curricular excursion. The preparation of the cross-curricular excursion includes an organisational part and a theoretical part. The central part of the preparation is the lesson plan, which is the core of the excursion, and takes place at twenty-eight points while covering a wide range of different geographical and literary topics. We have also prepared materials and handouts to enable and support the excursion. We have produced a student handout and a map, as well as materials that enable the organisers of the excursion to present and deliver the content offered by the chosen itinerary of the cross-curricular excursion in to the Submediterranean regions of Slovenia.
