Idejna študija prenove palače Totto Ex Gavardo v Kopru

Skozi proces dela se je izkazalo, da projekt odgovarja na tri ključne problematike: Reševanje objekta Izbran objekt na Kidričevi ulici v centru Kopra je zapuščen in zelo dotrajan objekt. Prvi cilj je bil dati objektu novo življenje in kvalitetno prezentirati njegove atribute. Reševanje ulice Kidričeva ulica je bila nekoč pomembna povezava, danes pa služi bolj kot stranska ulica. Srečuje se z manjkom javnega življenja, programsko je nezanimiva, velik odstotek stavbnega fonda je zapuščen in v razpadanju. Izvedba prenove in primeren program sta verjetno ključ k oživitvi ulice. Poleg tega palača vpliva še na Glagoljaško ulico in na povezavo z Muzejskim trgom. Reševanje mladih Prostora, ki bi funkcioniral in bil namenjen vsem ambicioznim mladim v ožji in širši okolici ni, kljub spodbujanju razvoja Kopra kot univerzitetnega mesta in s tem večanju števila le teh. Odgovor na to je ustvariti prostor s programom, ki je namenjen njim in deluje spodbudno za njihov razvoj - osebni ali poslovni.

Abstract

Through the work process, it turned out that the project responds to three key issues: Reviving the building The selected building on Kidričeva street in the center of Koper is an abandoned and very dilapidated building. The first goal was to give the building a new life and present its attributes in a quality way. Reviving the street Kidričeva ulica was once an important street, but today it serves more as a side street. It faces a lack of public life, the program is uninteresting, a large percentage of buildings is abandoned and in decay. The renovation and the appropriate program are probably the keys to the revival of the street. In addition, the palace also affects Glagoljaška Street and the connection with Museum Square. Supporting the youth There is no place, that would serve all ambitious young people in the area, despite the development of Koper as a university town. The answer to this is to create a space with a program that is dedicated to the youth and acts as a stimulus for their development - personal or business.
