Abstract
V zaključni nalogi smo raziskovali postopek delovanja linije za izdelovanje izoliranih delov cevi. Želeli smo izvedeti, kaj vse mora opravljati robotski manipulator na takšni liniji, kako se izdela program in kaj vse bi bilo potrebno za zamenjavo robotskega manipulatorja. Vse podatke o delovanju in izgradnji linije smo pridobili na praktičnem usposabljanju v podjetju Alba, d. o. o. Najprej smo morali pridobiti vse informacije o delovanju glavnega dela linije in vseh ostalih komponent, ki jo dopolnjujejo. Nato smo se bolj podrobno osredotočili na samo delovanje robotskega manipulatorja in na njegovo vlogo v izdelavi. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili vsa večja podjetja, ki izdelujejo robotske manipulatorje. Da smo pridobili informacijo o primernosti manipulatorjev za uporabo, smo primerjali le-te in njihove sposobnosti z že uporabljenimi manipulatorji. Na podlagi pridobljenih informacij smo se odločili za podjetje ABB. Lotili smo se izdelave simulacije linije, ki bo uporabljala robotski manipulator podjetja ABB. To simulacijo smo izvedli s programskim orodjem ABB RobotStudio. V simulaciji smo ustvarili vse komponente, ki bi lahko vplivale na delovanje robotskega manipulatorja. Sestavili ssmo program, ki opravlja vsa dela kot robotski manipulator na prvotni liniji.

Title:Robot system on a polyurethane line
Abstract:
In this thesis, we investigated the operation of a line for the production of insulated pipe parts. We wanted to find out what a robotic manipulator has to do in a line like this, how to program it, and what it would take to replace a robotic manipulator. We acquired all the information about the operation and construction of the line during my practical training at Alba d. o. o. First, we had to obtain all the information about the operation of the main part of the line and all the other components that complement it. We then looked in detail at the operation of the robotic manipulator itself and its role in manufacturing. We will then introduce all the major companies that make robotic manipulators. We compared robotic manipulators and their capabilities with the ones already in use to obtain information about which ones are suitable for use. Based on the information we gathered, we decided to go with ABB. We set out to create a simulation of the line, which will use a robotic manipulator from the company ABB. This simulation was performed using the ABB RobotStudio software tool. In the simulation, we created all the components that could influence the operation of the robotic manipulator. We have put together a program that performs all the work as a robot manipulator on the original line.
