Abstract
Poklic učitelja se glede na raziskave uvršča med zahtevnejše poklice, veliko učiteljev pa se srečuje tudi z izčrpanostjo, nekateri celo z izgorelostjo. Razlogi za to se pogosto skrivajo v neurejenih odnosih med sodelavci in čustveno napornem delu. Zdi se, da so za kariero učitelja začetnika ključna prva leta poučevanja in da strokovno in kvalitetno mentorstvo na uvajanje v pedagoški poklic vpliva pozitivno – tako na strokovnem kot tudi odnosnem področju. Rezultati kvantitativne (vprašalnik) in kvalitativne raziskave (fokusne skupine in strukturirani intervjuji), opravljeni v okviru projekta LOOP, so pokazali, da so problematični odnosi med pedagoškimi delavci v Sloveniji najpogostejši razlog za nezadovoljstvo. Zato bi bilo smiselno razmisliti o uvedbi supervizije za pedagoge, ki bi odnose med učitelji okrepila, o čemer pišemo tudi v našem prispevku.

Title:Resolving crisis relationships in the teaching profession through supervision
Abstract:
According to research, teaching is one of the most demanding professions, and many teachers suffer from exhaustion, some even burnout. The reasons often lie in unresolved relationships between colleagues and an emotionally demanding job. The first years of teaching seem to be crucial for the career of a novice teacher, and professional and high-quality mentoring seems to have a positive impact on the introduction to the teaching profession, both professionally and relationally. The results of quantitative (questionnaire) and qualitative research (focus groups and structured interviews) conducted within the project LOOP showed that problematic relationships are the most common reason for dissatisfaction among teachers in Slovenia. Therefore, the introduction of supervision for teachers should be considered in order to strengthen teacher-teacher relationships, which is also the topic of this article.
