Študija stanovanjske politike in urbanistične zasnove stanovanjske zidave glede na tip preskrbe na primeru kamnoloma Podutik v Ljubljani

Glavni cilj magistrske naloge je izpostavitev ključnih problemov na področju preskrbe stanovanj in predstavitev ter analiza stanovanjske politike v Sloveniji, Avstriji in Španiji, s pomočjo katere želim dobiti odgovore in/ali smernice za reševanje izzivov in težav. Ključni tipi preskrbe stanovanj, ki so prisotni v obravnavanih državah, so zadružna stanovanja, javna najemna stanovanja in tržna najemna stanovanja. Za vsak tip preskrbe so analizirani tudi referenčni primeri, izbrani po točno določenih kriterijih. Na podlagi ugotovitev primerjalne analize in analize referenčnih primerov bom zasnovala tri različne variante stanovanjske zidave v kamnolomu Podutik v Ljubljani. Posamezna varianta bo predstavljala izbran tip preskrbe, ki bo s pomočjo situacije, prerezov, vizualizacije, kazalcev in shem tudi ovrednoten. Poleg opredeljenih prednosti in slabosti, bom v zaključku utemeljila, kateri tip preskrbe je najbolj fleksibilen in lokacijsko sprejemljiv ter določila smernice za izboljšanje trenutnega stanja.

• Title: A Study on Housing Policy and Urban Design of Housing Development according to the type of Housing Supply on the case of the Podutik Quarry in Ljubljana

Abstract

The main goal of my Master's thesis is to identify the key problems in the field of housing provision and to present and analyse housing policies in Slovenia, Austria and Spain in order to provide answers and/or guidelines to address the challenges and problems. The key types of housing supply present in the countries under study are cooperative housing, public rental housing and market rental housing. For each type of housing supply, reference cases are also analysed and selected according to specific criteria. Based on the findings of the comparative analysis and the analysis of the reference cases, I will develop three different solutions are developed in the Podutik quarry in Ljubljana. Each solution represents a selected type of housing supply. Different solutions are evaluated by means of situation, cross-sections, visualisation, indicators and diagrams. In addition to the advantages and disadvantages identified. The master thesis is concluted with an assesments which type of housing supply is the most flexible and locally acceptable and will define guidelines for improving the current situation.
