Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava proces vzpostavitve poslovne IT infrastrukture s poudarkom na avtomatizaciji omrežnih strežnikov z visoko zanesljivostjo delovanja. Namen naloge je bil načrtovati in implementirati omrežno infrastrukturo, ki simulira realne pogoje podjetja ter zagotavlja visoko razpoložljivost strežnikov za gostovanje spletnih storitev. Problem, ki ga naloga naslavlja, je kompleksnost sodobnih omrežij in njihova prilagodljivost. Pri izdelavi naloge smo uporabili orodje Cisco Packet Tracer, kjer smo naredili shemo željenega omrežja, ki je bila izhodišče za nadaljnje delo. Za virtualizacijo smo uporabili orodje VirtualBox, kjer smo s pomočjo virtualnih naprav in omrežnih vmesnikov virtualizirali celotno omrežje podjetja. V nadaljevanju naloge smo s pomočjo spletne platforme DigitalOcean, del omrežja, ki zagotavlja zanesljivo delovanje spletne strani, prenesli še v realno okolje. Na koncu smo ta proces še avtomatizirali. Pri tem smo uporabili orodji za avtomatizacijo Ansible in Terraform, ki omogočata hitrejšo in zanesljivejšo implementacijo omrežnih sistemov. Rezultati naloge prikazujejo uspešno postavitev virtualnega omrežja, ki je primerno za sodobno podjetje, in avtomatizacijo postavitve omrežja s strežniki, ki zagotavljajo visoko razpoložljivost delovanja. Avtomatizacija je omogočila enostavnejše upravljanje, kar zmanjšuje tveganje za napake, prihrani čas administratorjem omrežja in posledično tudi zmanjša stroške implementacije.

Title:
Design and Deployment of Comprehensive Business Information and Communication Technology Infrastructure
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the process of establishing business IT infrastructure with a focus on the automation of network servers with high reliability. The goal of the thesis was to design and implement a network infrastructure that simulates real business conditions and ensures high availability of servers for hosting web services. The problem addressed by the thesis is the complexity of modern networks and their adaptability. During the project, we used the Cisco Packet Tracer tool to create a network diagram, which served as the basis for further work. For virtualization, we used VirtualBox, where we virtualized the entire company network using virtual devices and network interfaces. Later, using the DigitalOcean platform, part of the network that ensures the reliable operation of the website was transferred to a real environment. Finally, we automated this process using Ansible and Terraform, tools that enable faster and more reliable network system implementation. The results of the thesis demonstrate the successful setup of a virtual network suitable for modern companies, as well as the automation of network deployment with servers that ensure high availability. Automation has simplified network management, reduced the risk of errors, saved time for network administrators, and consequently lowered implementation costs.
