Abstract
Tretje poglavje bo predstavljalo geofizikalne raziskave, kjer bomo opisali postopek meritev in obdelavo izmerjenega, ki se bo potem dodatno razčlenilo glede na možnosti obdelav in prikazov raznih programskih orodij. V tem poglavju bomo hkrati interpretirali različne magnetne anomalije. V četrtem poglavju bomo pisali o dopolnilnih raziskavah, ki so ključno prispevale k razumevanju in interpretaciji magnetnih anomalij, in sicer smo izvedli raziskave z ročnimi vrtinami, analize magnetne susceptibilnosti in rentgenske praškovne difrakcije. Temu bosta na koncu sledila še interpretacija magnetnih anomalij z dopolnilnimi raziskavami in 3D-modeliranje gomilnega jarka. V petem poglavju bomo povzeli bistvena spoznanja.

Title:Geophysical research of the newly discovered burial mounds at the Spodnje Radvanje archaeological site
Abstract:
In the thesis, we will discuss the remains of burial mounds in the area of Spodnje Radvanje in Maribor, which were discovered as part of the project Early Iron Age Land Use between the Alps and the Danube. Comparative landscape archaeological analyses of Süttő and Poštela site-complexes (ARIS N6-0168/NRDIO SNN 134635), carried out on the basis of aerial photography for the needs of archaeological prospecting. The work will be divided into six main chapters. In the first chapter, we will place the site geographically and geomorphologically. This will be followed by a brief historical outline of the surrounding area, the exploration of the burial mounds and the location in question. In the second chapter, we will focus on the theoretical starting points of the magnetic method, especially on the operation of the Earth's magnetic field, minerals with magnetic properties, types of magnetization of archaeological materials, and finally on types of magnetometers. The third chapter will present geophysical research, where we will describe the measurement process and the processing of the measured data, which will then be further broken down according to the processing and display options of various software tools. In this chapter, we will simultaneously interpret various magnetic anomalies. In the fourth chapter, we will write about complementary research that has made a key contribution to the understanding and interpretation of magnetic anomalies, namely, we have carried out research with hand bores, magnetic susceptibility analysis and X-ray powder diffraction. This will ultimately be followed by the interpretation of magnetic anomalies with supplementary research and 3D modeling of the mound ditch. In the fifth chapter, we will summarize the essential findings.
