Ikoničnost v priredjih

Namen prispevka je prikazati, kako vrstni red dogodkov vpliva na njihovo ubeseditev v priredno zloženi povedi. Dogodki so v priredju praktično vedno ubesedeni v enakem zaporedju, kot so se zgodili, kar za ostala razmerja večstavčne povedi ne velja nujno. To je ikoničnost priredij, ki ima za posledico tudi odsotnost vzvratne elipse in katafore v priredjih. Prispevek obravnava vse tipe priredij, kjer je ikoničnost jasno izražena.

Abstract

This article shows how the order of events affects their formulation in coordination. In a coordinated sentence, events are almost always formulated in the same order as they happened, which is not necessarily the case for the other relations in a multiclause sentence. This is the temporal iconicity principle of coordination, which also leads to the absence of backwards ellipsis and cataphora in coordination. The article deals with all types of coordination in which iconicity is clearly expressed.
