Ugotavljanje nitrozaminov v izbranih kozmetičnih izdelkih

Z namenom ugotavljanja vsebnosti nitrozaminov v kozmetičnih izdelkih na slovenskem trgu smo le-te pregledali in primerjali njihovo formulacijo iz vidika potencialnega nastanka nitrozaminov. Sledil je razvoj postopka priprave vzorcev, primernih za analizo s predhodno razvito instrumentalno metodo na osnovi tekočinske kromatografije, sklopljene z masno spektrometrijo visoke ločljivosti. Metodo smo nato validirali in jo uporabili pri analizi realnih vzorcev poltrdnih kozmetičnih izdelkov.

• Title: Determination of nitrosamines in selected cosmetic products

Abstract

In order to determine the content of nitrosamines in cosmetic products on the Slovenian market, we examined them and compared their formulation from the point of view of the potential formation of nitrosamines. This was followed by the development of a procedure for preparing samples that are suitable for analysis using a previously developed instrumental method based on liquid chromatography coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry. The method was then validated and used in the analysis of real samples of semi-solid cosmetic products.
