Abstract
V magistrskem delu je opisana uvedba sistema za merjenje kakovosti električne energije v podjetju Alpacem Cement d.d. Podjetje je leta 2022 postalo poleg primarne storitve proizvodnje klinkerja in cementa tudi zaprt distribucijski sistem električne energije (ZDS). S pridobitvijo soglasja Agencije za energijo ter Vlade Republike Slovenije so bila podjetju podeljena sistemska obratovalna navodila za zaprti distribucijski sistem električne energije (SONZDSEE) za zaprti distribucijski sistem Alpacem Cement d.d. [1]. V obratovalnih navodilih so navedene smernice, ki jih mora podjetje upoštevati za obratovanje zaprtega distribucijskega sistema električne energije. Magistrsko delo bo posvečeno šesti točki SONZDSEE, kakovosti oskrbe z električno energijo (KOEE). Operater ZDS ocenjuje KOEE skladno s pogodbo o KOEE ali na podlagi ustreznih standardov. Za ocenjevanje kakovosti električne napetosti je uporabljen standard SIST EN-50160 [2] ter navodila iz SONZDSEE. Operater ZDS je dolžan Agenciji za energijo izdati letno krovno poročilo o kakovosti oskrbe z električno energijo, ki je tudi objavljeno na spletni strani operaterja. Poročilo vključuje podatke o stalnem in občasnem beleženju kakovosti električne napetosti. Za opravljanje meritev kakovosti električne napetosti smo se v podjetju odločili, da postavimo lastni sistem. S postavitvijo le-tega podjetje ni več odvisno od zunanjega izvajalca, ki bi opravljal zgolj potrebne meritve in analize, ampak imamo v podjetju tudi možnost stalnih meritev in to nam omogoča večjo fleksibilnost nad vpogledom stanja omrežja. Cilj sistema je spremljanje stanja sistema, odpravljanje potrebe po naročanju meritev in kreiranje avtomatsko generiranih poročil. Za potrebe sistema smo postavili nov virtualni strežnik s podatkovno bazo. Meritve opravljamo z merilnikom kakovosti električne energije PQI-DA smart, ki je nameščen v glavni razdelilni transformatorski postaji RTP 110/10 kV Alpacem. Na virtualni strežnik smo namestili programsko orodje WinPQ s katerim smo dosegli zastavljene cilje. Celoten sistem je postavljen na zaprti interni mreži, ki omogoča dostop le uporabnikom z dodeljenimi pravicami. Po postavitvi sistema smo opazili boljši pregled nad stanjem v omrežju, boljši pregled nad parametri ter poenostavljen grafični prikaz dogodkov, ki jih naprava ob pojavu samodejno javi uporabniku.

Title:Deployment of a Power Quality Measurement System in the Company Alpacem Cement d.d.
Abstract:
The master`s thesis is describing the implementation of power quality measuring system at the company Alpacem Cement d.d. In 2022 the company also became a closed distribution system for electrical energy (ZDS) in addition to its primary service of producing clinker and cement. The company was granted system operating instructions for the closed distribution system of electrical energy (SONZDSEE) for the distribution system of Alpacem Cement d.d. by Energy agency and the Government of Republic Slovenia. These operating instructions outline guidelines which the company must follow to operate the closed distribution system of electrical energy. The master thesis is devoted to the sixth point of SONZDSEE which determines the quality of electrical supply (KOEE). The ZDS operator evaluates KOEE in accordance with KOEE agreement or based on relevant standards. The instructions from SONZDSEE and SIST EN-50160 standard are used to assess the power quality. The ZDS operator is obligated to provide an annual comprehensive report on power quality to the Energy agency, and must also publish the report on operator`s website. The report includes data on continuous and periodic recording of power quality. To execute voltage quality measurements, the company decided to establish its own system. By setting up our own system, the company is not reliant on an external contractor who would only provide the necessary measurements and analyses but enables the capability for continuous measurements within the company, allowing for greater flexibility and monitoring the network condition. The aim of the system is to monitor the network condition, eliminate the need for ordering measurements and create automatically generated reports. For the needs of the system, a new virtual server with database was set up. Measurements are performed with power quality meter, which is installed in the main distribution station. On the virtual server the WinPQ software was installed, which allowed us to achieve our intended goals. The entire system is set up on enclosed internal network, that allows access only to users with assigned permissions After the system was established, better network monitoring was noticed, improved parameter oversight and simplified graphical display of events that device also automatically reports to the user.
